    Our rooms include bed, 4 pillows, minibar, wardrobe, desk and chair, air conditioning, heating, digital TV and safe.

  • What activities or places of interest are close to the hotel?

    We recommend checking with hotel reception for a guide to activities and tours available in the area. Additionally, you can download a guide created by Room Mate Óscar.

  • Does the hotel have parking?

    We do not have our own parking, but right in front of the hotel is the Pedro Zerolo parking. Important: we do not have an agreement with this parking, but we have an agreement with 2 nearby parking lots, ask at reception.

  • How can I make a reservation at the hotel?

    You can make a reservation through our reservation system on the web or by calling +34 911 16 11 91.

  • Is breakfast included and what kind of food do you offer?

    The availability of breakfast options depends on the type of reservation selected at booking. We offer a continental buffet with gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian options, available from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM. If breakfast is not included in your reservation, you can request it at the front desk during your stay.

  • Does the hotel provide baby cots and extra beds?

    Yes, we offer cots upon availability and at no additional cost. Extra beds are also available in some rooms, free of charge for children up to 12 years old.

  • Does the hotel have lifts?

    Yes, all our hotels have lifts, except Room Mate Lime Tree in London.

  • What are the check-in and check-out times?

    - Check-in: From 3:00 p.m., with the possibility of an earlier check-in if the room is available.
    - Check-out: By 12:00 noon, with the option of a late check-out subject to availability and an additional fee.
