Does the hotel have lifts?

Yes, all our hotels have lifts, except Room Mate Lime Tree in London. Please be aware that in Room Mate Isabella our lift starts after 22 steps of staircase. The staff is at full disposal to help with luggage.

Room Mate Collection Isabella is located in the centre of Florence, next to Piazza della Repubblica, the Arco di Trionfo and Palazzo Strozzi, just a 5-minute walk from Florence Cathedral, the Baptistery of San Giovanni, the Uffizi Gallery and Ponte Vecchio. We recommend checking with the hotel reception for a guide to activities and tours available in the area.
Does the hotel have parking?

We do not have our own parking, but we offer an external garage service in Piazza Goldoni, with pick-up and drop-off of the car at the hotel. It is necessary to book one hour in advance, and the garage operates from 07:00 to 00:00, also managing access to the ZTL zone. This service has an additional cost.
