Yes, all our hotels have lifts, except Lime Tree by Room Mate Hotels in London. Please be aware that in Room Mate Isabella our lift starts after 22 steps of staircase. The staff is at full disposal to help with luggage.

We do not have our own parking, but we offer an external garage service in Piazza Goldoni, with pick-up and drop-off of the car at the hotel. It is necessary to book one hour in advance, and the garage operates from 07:00 to 00:00, also managing access to the ZTL zone. This service has an additional cost.
