This time, we’re looking for a new adventure partner to join the front desk team at Room Mate in the heart of Barcelona!

What will you do with us?

• Be responsible for check-in and check-out procedures.

• Be the first smile guests see upon arrival. • Act as a local guide, recommending the best places.

• Follow up on and resolve questions, complaints, and claims when necessary.

• Ensure our guests enjoy every minute of their stay at the hotel.

What are we looking for?

• You have “Roomie DNA”: fun and bold, committed to your environment, and passionate about your work.

• At least 2 years of experience as a hotel receptionist is essential.

• Intermediate–advanced level of Opera Cloud PMS.

• Advanced level of English.

What do we offer?

• Permanent (open-ended) contract.

• Immediate start.

• 40-hour workweek from Monday to Sunday with 2 consecutive days off per week.

• Rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and occasional night shifts).

This time, we are looking for 2 waiters/waitresses and 4 assistant waiters for our hotels in the heart of Madrid!

What will you do with us?

• Provide customer service from arrival to the end of the service.

• Assist in the basic preparation and delivery of the products offered.

• Coordinate with other departments (kitchen, reception, hotel team).

• Handle customer complaints or issues and escalate them to the Supervisor/Manager for follow-up.

• Carry out shift handovers, communicating any incidents or customer updates to incoming staff.

What are we looking for?

• You have “Roomie DNA”: fun and bold, committed to your environment, and passionate about your work.

• At least 2 years of experience in similar positions in rooftops, restaurants, or lifestyle bars.

• Advanced level of English.

What do we offer?

• Fixed-term seasonal contract (6 months).

• Immediate start.

• 40-hour workweek from Monday to Sunday with 2 consecutive days off per week.

• Rotating shifts and 30-hour weekly schedules.
