How to reach the hotel from Schiphol Airport?
Follow the A4 motorway. Follow the roundabout and take the A10 to Zaanstad. Take the S103 exit (follow the sign “Centrum, Haarlem”). At the end of this street, turn right at the light, to Centrum (Haarlemmerweg).After about 2.5 km, you will cross a bridge. Turn left at the T intersection traffic lights and then take the first right into the “Haarlemmer Houttuinen”. Follow signs to “Centraal Station” and then to “Haven voor de Binnenscheepvaart”. You will see the hotel on the right. Good Luck!
FROM THE TRAIN STATION
Centraal Station
The hotel is a 10-minute walk away. Leaving the hotel, turn right and walk straight, at the traffic lights continue walking straight and Centraal Station will appear in front of you.
FROM THE AIRPORT
By train: train is the most recommended option to get to the city (Centraal Station) given its regular departures (every 15 min during the day and every 30min from midnight). Train tickets are from €5 and the journey takes less than 20 min. (Best choice!)
By taxi: although it is more expensive, it is an effective way to travel from the airport to the centre of Amsterdam, especially if you have a lot of luggage or are travelling late at night. Find out how much it should cost you to your destination in advance (€45 approx. It takes 30 min. to Centraal Station)
By bus: the airport-city bus connection is also handy but it takes longer as there are several stops. (So, if you have time why not?)

I'm glad you've come to the city of canals and tulips! No wonder they call it the Venice of the North. Amsterdam is a lively place and I'm sure its magic won’t disappoint. Put on some comfortable shoes because I want to show you all the secrets of this intriguing city. We are on an artificial island just metres from the Central Station and the busy Dam Square, in the heart of the city, where you can also visit great historical treasures like the National Monument, the Royal Palace and the Nieuwe Kerk. (Perfect location!)
You cannot miss some of Amsterdam’s most emblematic areas and Leidseplein Square, where artists love to hang out and there are plenty of places to enjoy dinner and have a drink. The Museum Quarter is a MUST for culture lovers. Discover the Van Gogh Museum, which houses some of the artist’s most renowned works. Don’t miss Anne Frank’s house, full of secrets about her life, or the Rijksmuseum, which houses artworks by the most famous Dutch artists like Rembrandt, Vermeer and Hals.
The Floating Flower Market is a true marvel; you can find every type of flower you can imagine. The popular Red Light District and the coffee shops are part of Dutch life and I recommend you to visit them; there certainly isn’t anything like it anywhere in the world! (Take a hit!)
