  • Does the hotel have parking?

    We do not have parking inside the hotel, but we have an agreement with a nearby garage. We offer valet parking service. The “Elogistique” parking lot is in the same building as the luxury department store “La Rinascente”, in Via Agnello, 13. This service has an additional cost.

  • How can I make a reservation at the hotel?

    You can make a reservation through our web booking system or by calling +39 02 8088 8900.

  • Is breakfast included and what kind of food do you offer?

    The availability of breakfast options depends on the reservation type selected at booking. We offer a continental buffet with gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian options, available from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM. If breakfast was not included in your reservation, you can request it at the front desk during your stay.

  • Does the hotel provide baby cots and extra beds?

    Yes, we offer cots upon availability and at no additional cost. Extra beds are also available in some rooms, free of charge for children up to 12 years old.

  • Does the hotel have lifts?

    Yes, all our hotels have lifts, except Lime Tree by Room Mate Hotels in London.

  • What are the check-in and check-out times?

    - Check-in: From 3:00 p.m., with the possibility of an earlier check-in if the room is available.
    - Check-out: By 12:00 noon, with the option of a late check-out subject to availability and an additional fee.
